adam woodworth | I knew someone would have to argue about it...the mead I've had in the past is way stronger than this much lighter honey wine. Shrug. |
alix holbrook | Oh, that just depends on what yeast was used. Chuck once used the wrong yeast and ended up with burning, with the right yeast the same recipe was very mellow. Though the ethiopeans call their mead Tej iirc, it's the same basic item. |
