| j.p. mcglinn | this photo doesn't show that it's a T.80. It's not a Technics, but it has some neat features like pitch lock and up to +/- 12% adjustment. It's a little light on the stylus, not bad for keeping your vinyl in good shape, bad for heavy scratching moves. I guess some folks tape pennies on the top of the cartridge. It can play 78s, which is handy for old garage sale finds. Gwyn wanted a turntable and I thought I might want to try some scratching...I was wrong, but it still does a nice job for playing both new stuff and old things we dig up. |

| steven cuthbert | yeah its a Stanton T80, thats why I said nice deck... I used to have a set of Technics 1200's. Now I just play around on Traktor, with a midi mixer. ALl you need is another turntable and a mixer :) |
