| j.p. mcglinn | So here's the dirty secret of my lazy evening mac and cheese. Kraft box available in nearly all grocery and convenience shops. Prepare like the box or sub the milk out for 1/2 to 3/4 amount of half and half if you're like us don't have milk but always have half and half. Place portions in oven safe containers and top with shredded extra sharp cheddar (and bacon if available), top with bread crumbs and bake (or broil if in a hurry) until bread crumbs take on a golden hue. |
