steve block trying to make a starter from harvested bell’s two hearted yeast
andy buck excellent. how do you monitor success?
steve block after a day or so i'll refrigerate it an see how much yeast drops out of suspension, and if it's enough to show it is working build it up again or twice more to have enough for 5 gallons
