ben janke i question the recipe's method of finishing the roast, it ended up being way too salty on the outside. but the meat itself was really damn good, turned out well!
andy buck you realize you finish it with brown sugar, right? not salt?
andy buck ok so there is salt, but it's 7:1, sugar:salt
ben janke sadly the recipe you gave me had it at 1:1, but i really should have trusted my instincts on this one (which was to ignore the salt)
