andy buck these were two different kinds of homemade sausages- sweet garlic/cumin sausages and chorizo sausages. I've been happily using the few leftovers in spanish inspired braised dishes. as it turns out summer squash and chorizo are wonderful when braised in a shallot + red stripe broth
